About this property

Idyllic Condo / Wanderreitstation with conservatory and private courtyard

Nestled between the German Wine Route and the Palatinate
Forest, Grünstadter local church Mertesheim is idyllically situated in Eistal
located. The smallest municipality of the district was 771 for the first time
mentioned and has long been known as with its beautiful church
Sanctuary of St. Valentine.

Our house is located on the outskirts of Mertesheim and directly borders the nature reserve 'Grünstadter mountain' and the Eisbach.

The glacial valley itself is part of the natural park "Palatinate Forest" and the region as a whole
known for its cozy wine festivals and special Palatine style.

Our designed for four to five persons apartment is 75 square meters and has a private courtyard and access, which is perfect for grilling lovely too.
Comfort in rainy vacation days has the corresponding conservatory, directly adjacent to the beautiful garden and offers views of the horses.
The apartment is renovated and fully equipped. It has a modern fitted kitchen with dining area, a diner, living room with fireplace and large screen TV, and a separate bedroom.

Owners of dogs and horses are welcome. According to your preferences in the pasture up to two horses in stalls with paddocks, or even more,
be accommodated.
We are happy to cater for you, or even your pet, so you are completely relaxed

Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Bad ist top, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Wintergarten ist sehr hübsch, jedoch im Sommer kaum nutzbar, sobald die Sonne scheint. Im Frühjahr und Herbst ist es sicherlich ein Traum. Dafür ist die Wohnung selbst im Sommer angenehmem kühl. Die Betten sind bequem. Das WLAN lässt etwas zu Wünschen übrig, jedoch ist es zum Aushalten. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war voll in Ordnung.

Das Internet wurde nach einer Erneuerung, welche eigentlich eine Verbesserung sein sollte und aber nur alles schlecht machte, nochmals komplett neu als Mesh mit Repeatern im Garten und allem möglichen anderen neu gemacht. Jetzt läuft alles Prima mit max. 1000 M/bit

Dass die Wohnung im Souterrains ist, sollte man bei der Auswahl berücksichtigen; ebenso, dass man den Garten nur begrenzt benutzen kann. Wer gern im Wintergarten sitzen möchte, hat die beste Lösung.

Die FEWO ist nett. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden und sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Vermieterfamilie sehr freundlich und Hunde stellen gar kein Problem dar. Einzigstes Problem ist das schwache Internet, für Handy , Radio sowie Fernseher. Vielen Dank für die entspannte Zeit.

Winterurlaub in Mertesheim

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in Mertesheim im Eisbachtal. Der Pfälzer Weinwanderweg geht daran vorbei, dem entsprechend lädt die im Umgebung zum Wandern ein. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, so ist Entspannung hier Programm. Anreise, Einchecken und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierten gut. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain, das Schlafzimmer ist daher etwas dunkel, es muss auch viel geheizt werden, um alles richtig warm zu bekommen. Die Ausstattung ist mittelmäßig, in der Küche fehlt es da und dort an diversen Kleinigkeiten. Wir hatten uns auch für das Objekt wegen des angepriesenen Wintergarten entschieden, hier wurde auch auf Nachfrage bestätigt, dass dieser auch im Winter nutzbar ist und er beheizt wäre. Eine Heizung war vorhanden, aber diese schaffte es nicht diesen auf eine nutzbare Temperatur zu bringen. Das war sehr schade, wir hatten mit der Nutzung gerechnet. Im Schlafzimmer steht auch ein Kinderstockbett, dass macht dieses nicht gerade heimelig für ein Pärchen.Hervorzuheben ist der Holzofen, der gut funktioniert und uns viel Freude machte. So verbrachten wir dann doch insgesamt eine angenehme Zeit.

Wie waren im Herbst in der Pfalz und haben diese schöne Ferienwohnung entdeckt. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, abends kann man es sich gemütlich machen und der Hund hat sie Spaziergänge direkt in die Natur geliebt.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal zu Besuch und beide Male rundum zufrieden: sehr nette Vermieter und eine schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Ein besonderes Plus für Familien: das Hochbett für die Kinder mit im Schlafzimmer. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ferienwohnungen war alles da, was man braucht. Ein rundum Sorglospaket, jeder Zeit wieder.
