Great view of the ocean from the 8th floor balcony. This unit was pretty much what it was advertised as. I hate to write these reviews because I think I have high expectations for any kind of money spent for rentals. This unit needs more attention to a/c unit. Filter was dirty, as many of them are, ones inside the closet weren’t correct size, the vent in the bedroom was dirty, the spackled ceiling was holding dirt and debris from the vent, so was the one in the living room, vent and ceiling. The housekeeping crew was great. Brought towels, bathroom tissue, paper towels, and bedding every day if needed. They came in and swept when we arrived due to a lot of sand that had been tracked in on the floor before our arrival. The unit needed some updating in the lighting area, ceiling fixtures and lamps. All in all it suited our needs for a quick getaway to the beach. Check in staff was also great as they allowed us to retrieve an item that we had left behind after checking out.
