The apartment is just 5 km from the beautiful town of Menaggio. From there, you can take a ferry directly to Bellagio, for example. The crossing takes only 15 minutes. Lugano (Lake Lugano, Switzerland) is also only 30 km away by car.<br><br>It features a charming, practical kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, oven, and all the kitchenware you need for daily use (cups, pans, plates, cutlery, pepper, salt, coffee, tea), an extendable dining table with 4 chairs, a high chair, and an electric kettle.<br><br>In the bright living room, you’ll find a comfortable 3-seater sofa with direct access to the kitchen and the terrace. The view is gorgeous! You can see the mountains on the other side of the lake, which are covered with snow for most of the year. From the beach, you’ll have a beautiful view of the town of Bellano across the lake, Bellagio on the right, and you can enjoy the romantic lights in the evening.<br><br>​<br><br>In the apartment, you’ll have plenty of space to store your clothes (a nice wooden clothes rack with modern hangers). There are brochures about the local area where you can find plenty of information.<br><br>You’ll also find an iron and a variety of plug adapters. <br><br>The bedroom features a brand-new double bed measuring 1.60 by 2.00 metres, a clothes rack with hangers, an iron, and wall shelves.<br><br>The bathroom is en suite to the cosy bedroom. It is fully equipped with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and sink, as well as laundry racks and wall cabinets.<br><br>Winter<br><br><br>, St. Moritz (Switzerland), is only 90 km away. If you’re visiting Lake Como for skiing, you can also explore the nearby Valchiavenna–Madesimo/Campodolcino ski area—it’s just a 45-minute drive from the northern end of the lake. For skiing and snowboarding, there are 13 modern lifts serving a total of 60 km of wide, well-groomed slopes.
