Welcome to The Signature at MGM, a condo-hotel offering guests access to a wide range of amenities at both MGM Grand and The Signature, including pools and fitness facilities such as the MGM Grand Pool and Wet Republic. Located just one block from the vibrant Las Vegas Strip, the property features spacious accommodations at an excellent value. Guests can conveniently reach MGM Grand via connected walkways, and the monorail station is just a short stroll away. Please note that a $50 daily transient destination fee is required and must be paid directly to the host prior to check-in.

Escape to your 550 sq ft suite and experience sweeping views of the strip kitchenette marble bathroom with a private tub and separate shower This polished condo comes with a microwave dishwasher entertainment center including a flat screen TV pool and fitness center There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided The property is air conditioned with free Wi-Fi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site Please note that check-in may involve a wait so we recommend arriving early to maximize your stay
