With its own entrance, full bath, kitchenette for light bites, and a cozy front terrace, it feels like a true home base in Brooklyn. Walk to the L, J, and Z trains, grab coffee or a drink on the corner, and return to a bright, welcoming space designed for comfort, privacy, and an easy stay.
We’re a couple who genuinely enjoy meeting new people and creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for our guests. At the same time, we value a calm and peaceful home, and appreciate guests who do too.
To help keep the space relaxing for everyone, we ask that there be no loud music and that quiet hours are respected from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Our goal is for you to have a cozy, restful place to unwind and recharge while exploring the energy and excitement of New York City.
