The landlord only lives in the house occasionally. In 2021 a luxury villa was renovated. Guests have their own plot with playground and barbecue at their disposal. Sunny location with views of Montenegro and the Giant Mountains. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property. Parking in front of the house on a private plot and car park.
