schöne gute Lage, auch mit dem ÖV gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung entspricht den Erwartungen, ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht. Von der grossen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Rundblick von Ftan über Scuol bis nach Sent. Einzig bei Regen ist nur ein kleiner Teil überdacht. Auch mit der Eigentümerin der Wohnung, Frau Wagner, ist es sehr angenehm und sie hilft einem bei allem wo sie kann. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden, hat aber auch sonst viele öffentliche Parkplätze zum benützen. Zu Fuss erreichbar gibt es 2 gute Restaurants und auch in Scuol ist die Auswahl zum Essen gross.

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie (Kinder 11 und 14) sowohl im Winter als auch im Sommer da. Im Winter ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Und im Sommer kommt noch die grosse herrliche Terrasse dazu, die wie ein zusätzliches Zimmer ist:-). Die Vermieterin wohnt in der Wohnung nebenan und ist äusserst freundlich, ein richtiger Sonnenschein! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und naturnah, so dass man auch sehr gut entspannen kann.
