The over 80 m2 large apartment is located on the ground floor with a sunny terrace and adjacent play meadow with breathtaking views of the Lower Engadine Dolomites and the Swiss National Park. The apartment is situated in the upper village area of Scuol in a quiet neighborhood without through traffic.

The guest card of the Engadin Scuol holiday region is included in every booking for all guests.

- all PostAuto routes (except S-charl) in the Lower Engadine region

Grosszügige Einrichtung, prima Infrastuktur, sehr sonnig, lichtdurchflutet tolle Terrasse mit Rasenfläche Hinweis, dass zur Haustüre 2 Aussentreppen (nach unten) zu bewältigen sind, da das Haus am Hang gebaut ist.
