Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and inviting space with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the guest room, making it ideal for couples, remote workers, or small families. Spend your days lounging by the community pool, walking to the beach for sunrise, or exploring nearby downtown Cocoa Beach with its local shops, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere just minutes away.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

Getting around Cocoa Beach is simple and convenient. Most guests choose to drive, with parking available for two vehicles at the property. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the area is very bike-friendly for cruising along A1A or heading into downtown. Many shops, restaurants, and beach access points are just a short walk or drive away.
