About this property
Cute Tiny House near Falmouth Heights Beach and close to Martha's Vineyard in East Falmouth, Massachusetts
Get away from it all and take a walk on Falmouth Heights Beach with the salt in your hair and the sand between your toes, you will see a beautiful view of Vineyard Sound and Martha’s Vineyard. Afterwards, you can stop by Shipwrecked or The Casino Wharf, two of Falmouth’s popular restaurants. After the beach, you can come relax at our tiny home that is nestled on the back half of our 1-acre fenced in garden property. You have a studio with a chaise lounge couch that pulls out to a full-size bed, 1/2 bath inside and an outside shower, small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, large grill with a comfortable covered seating area. There are walking paths across the street, also a quaint winery just 2mi down the road. The town of Falmouth is 4 min away with many shops and restaurants to choose from. There is also the Island Queen ferry to take you to Martha’s Vineyard.
