We enjoyed our stay in the house: it's clean, comfortable, very close to a beautiful lake (great for swimming) in a quiet neighborhood. It had all necessities and comfortable beds.
My family & I enjoyed this home very much. Spotless, comfortable. Great location—we headed out to a different spot in Cape Cod every day. Be sure to take a whale watching tour in Barnstable! It was fantastic!! Lots of bookstores on the island. Great food! Shop in Hyannis! This was a very memorable vacation.
The location was great 15-20 to everywhere in the mid cape area. The house was clean with a big floor plan. Our dog was welcomed and he enjoyed his stay as well. The central air was good and kept us all cool. The ease of checking in with the code was easy
This Home worked perfectly for our stay. The pictures were an accurate depiction of the place. The residence was extremely clean.
The only thing that we could not locate was the switch for the outside light.
We would definitely stay here again in the future.
It was short but enjoyable stay. But this house also needs a lot more power outlet devices to prevent the overcharge of electrical power. The house power went out several times before we figured out which ones that need to be unplugged and others remain plugged in.
What a great little house! We choose this property because it was all on one level and only required a few stairs at the main entry (my mom has some slight difficulty with stairs). The railing at the front stairs was perfect for mom and made her feel comfortable coming and going. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable; the kitchen must have been recently remodeled as all the appliances, cabinets and countertops looked brand new; the living room was comfy and cozy with a good sized TV; wi-fi worked without a hitch. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely book again! Thank you for being such fabulous hosts!

The property was clean and the pictures were accurate representations of the property. The living room area is spacious and you will never run out of comfortable chairs! The management was friendly and easily reachable - we had an issue with the Roku one evening and they responded the next morning having us do a couple tests which resulted in the resolution of the issue, but they were equally ready to send someone over should our tests over the phone be inadequate. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, should you need to house 6 occupants there are plenty of dishes and silverware to go around. Lots of natural sunlight and plenty of privacy from neighbors via surrounding woods. Several short hiking/walking trails were close by and our dog was absolutely thrilled with the variety! Highly recommend this property as well as the management company that allowed us to get away from the city and enjoy a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing stay.

The “deceitful” vacation
The exterior, including the deck, ALL wooden structures in the rear, we’re all splintered or dilapidated, rotting, (FYI..including the house siding) totally deceiving on the pictures posted of the property! The windows either wouldn’t close all the way or open in the bedroom, and the awful parking situation?! - rocks, crabgrass, dirt, what appeared to be broken window glass from a prior vacationer, (which my dog stepped on and slightly cut his paw on) and trash on the ground, and a very steep grade with a bush in the middle, made it terrible to park 2 vehicles in an “easy to manage” position. This was especially daunting because both of us are disabled…myself more than my husband! I can barely walk…especially on uneven terrain nor can I climb too many stairs! I had a terrible time negotiating the journey from my car to the front door! I also have balance issues and could have fallen! I informed at least 2 of the 3 people I spoke with that I am disabled! It is clear that the pictures of the property outside, and some of the inside, are quite outdated or maybe not revealing enough. It is also apparent that none of the phone reps, in Orleans?, have even ever seen the property in person that they are answering questions about! Not smart! They need more in depth details to refer to, so the consumer can make an informed decision about a pricey vacation stay. Luckily, I took some pictures and video upon arrival. None of the reps I spoke to indicated ( unable to finish no rm) call!

Hi Meryl - I'm sorry you didn't love your stay at our home. I had our team review the issues that you brought to our attention and resolve those they were able to verify. I appreciate you taking the time to bring them to our attention. Best regards, Deb @ Del Mar Vacations
The home was completely as described on VRBO. Clean and well appointed, everything we needed to make out brief stay very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and linens were crisp and clean. We would definitely stay here again!
Nice house in a quiet kid and dog friendly neighborhood
We enjoyed staying at this house. The newly renovated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances was very well stocked. The backyard was small but completely private. This house had everything we needed.
