Absolutely awful. I would never recommend staying at this property.They overcharge guests and nickel-and-dime you for just about everything. The gentleman running the property was incredibly disrespectful, and the entire experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. The business came across as shady from start to finish.What was most frustrating were the hidden fees and extra charges. They have you sign paperwork without clearly explaining all of the costs, so you're surprised later by additional charges that were never properly disclosed.Overall, this was one of the worst lodging experiences I've had. I will never stay here again and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

Kelby allowed unregistered guests with 2 unleashed dogs at the site and when asked to have her guests leave did not immediately comply. When she registered she signed a rental agreement stating she would not have any unregistered guests at the resort. Additionally we always text our guests check out instructions the night before they leave and we ask that they not leave dirty dishes. Kelby left the sink and countertops and stove covered with dirty dishes and pans full of food. We are sorry to have to leave this kind negative review, but we rarely have to as guests almost always are happy to comply as long as it is clearly communicated in advance. Unfortunately this was not the case this time.
