On the ground floor of the villa, you’ll find a beautifully designed two-room holiday apartment (57 square metres, accommodating up to 4 people). The modern, bright furnishings in a cosy country-style design have been combined with coordinating colours, fabrics, and decorations, creating a lovely holiday home for a relaxing getaway. The living area features a leather sofa set and a flat-screen TV and is complemented by the open, fully equipped kitchen. A special highlight is the beautiful, light-filled loggia. In addition to a dining area, it features a beautiful lounge area with an unobstructed view of Heringsdorf’s historic town centre; surrounded by mature trees, it serves as a wonderful retreat for relaxation while also providing a fully functional third and fourth sleeping area (single mattress, 1.80 m x 2.00 m). The bedroom, featuring a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and an additional flat-screen TV, along with a bathroom with a shower and toilet, complete the apartment. For your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided (initial supply). The in-house Wi-Fi network is available free of charge.
