This charming apartment is ideal for 2 people and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in its 30 m² of space. The layout includes a cosy living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking—ideal for couples or solo travellers who enjoy cooking for themselves. During the summer months, you also have access to a well-maintained garden. There you’ll find lounge chairs for sunbathing, a playground, and an outdoor dining table—ideal for enjoying warm evenings.



Welcome to the Simona Apartment House!

The house is located in the Lärchenwiese district of Maurach on Lake Achensee in a very quiet setting—the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. We’re only about a 10-minute walk from the town centre and Lake Achensee. 
The Achensee holiday region offers plenty of recreational activities year-round.
In winter, you can enjoy the extensive cross-country ski trails or take advantage of the ideal conditions in the three family-friendly ski areas.
In summer, the Karwendel and Rofan Mountains, with their numerous hiking trails, and of course Lake Achensee, invite you to go boating, sailing, windsurfing, and swimming. If the lake is too cold for you, you can visit the Atoll Recreation Centre, which features an indoor pool, sauna, climbing gym, and fitness centre.

On-site costs: Basic Information • The entire facility is designed as an apartment complex, meaning there is no permanent staff on site, and our guests are responsible for themselves and other family members during their stay. • Since there is no permanent front desk in the building, please call approximately 1 hour before arrival. • Each apartment has only one parking space. • All areas of the building are non-smoking. • Pets are not allowed in our apartments.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
