Three blocks from the lovely Main Street of montrose. I am catty corner from a park and a river. This is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything.

This property has been completely updated. Has two huge beautiful bathrooms open living and kitchen area. Fenced, front and backyards with fun and beautiful Landscaping. I have traveled the world and and love to decorate with things I have picked up along by journeys.
