Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used towels in the bathroom or laundry area. Please take out all trash and place it in the designated bin outside. Turn off AC, lights, and any appliances before leaving.
Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked. Return keys to the lockbox or agreed location. Please leave the property in good condition.
