Just 350 metres from Rhododendron Park and 600 metres from the beach, this cosy and modernly furnished 3-room apartment is located on the mezzanine level, offering approximately 67 m² of living space and a sunny west-facing terrace. This very bright and family-friendly apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Two separate bedrooms and a 140x200-cm sofa bed provide space for 4 people. Conveniently located within the building is a shared bicycle storage room with space for bicycles and similar items. A free underground parking space (No. 10) is available to you. You also have access to free Wi-Fi and a washing machine.

We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens for 20.00 per person, towels for 10.00 per person, or as a linen package for 25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter package* plus utilities.
*Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand if available), 1 trash bag, tea towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you’ll need to arrange for additional supplies yourself during your stay.

• Bathroom: with window, walk-in shower with real glass walls, sink, toilet, mirror, towel warmer, washing machine

• Patio: West-facing, with table, chairs for 4 people, umbrella, 2 lounge chairs
