​Our bright and sunny two-room apartment on the second floor of a modern apartment building offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday for two.
​The spacious living area invites you to linger with a cosy corner couch, TV, Wi-Fi, and an inviting dining area. The adjacent open kitchen is fully equipped. In the separate bedroom with a double bed and chest of drawers, you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep, while the modern bathroom with shower ensures you start the day feeling refreshed. A private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air with a cup of coffee. A reserved parking space is, of course, included in the offer.
​The location leaves nothing to be desired: The beach is only about 300 metres away and is perfect for walks or sports activities. A special highlight is the direct access to the new Dünenpark with its variety of shops and dining options. Bakeries, supermarkets, and other restaurants are also easily accessible on foot.
​To ensure you have the perfect start to your holiday, we’ll welcome you personally on-site, hand you your keys, and give you a brief orientation.
​Please note that the apartment is designed for a maximum of 2 people and pets are not allowed.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Vor allem war es super wenn es draußen schon sehr kühl war die Wohnung war sehr warm ohne Heizung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen .Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr wenn wir Urlaub haben. ????????????

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung gut gefallen. Allerdings war das Wohnzimmer trotz zugezogenen Lamellenvorhangs sehr warm uns für den schönen und sonnigen Balkon wäre es gut, einen Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung zu haben. Da mit dem Fernsehapparat kein Radioempfang möglich war, hatten wir die Immobilienbetreuung gebeten, sich darum zu kümmern, wie ein Radioempfang ermöglicht werden kann. Wir sollten telefonisch informiert werden, was leider nicht geschah. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
