The house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and is perfect for enjoying a Cape Cod summer with its huge wraparound deck, peaceful setting, and easy access to downtown Wellfleet and the nearby ocean beaches.



Inside, the home offers a bright, open layout designed for gathering and relaxing. The main living and dining space features a cathedral ceiling, large sliding glass doors, abundant natural light, and a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings. The property has a darling midcentury modern design, offering high-speed Wi-Fi, a large TV, a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, and a grill for an easy, comfortable stay. The bedroom layout works well for families and groups, with two queen bedrooms on the main floor, one with an ensuite full bathroom and a second full bath available for the rest of the home. There are two upstairs rooms with twin beds, one of which is an open loft-style bedroom, and these rooms share a full bathroom.

The home is about a 10-minute drive to Wellfleet center, where you can enjoy the local restaurants, galleries, and shops, and is about 8 minutes from the ocean beaches, including Marconi Beach. The surrounding freshwater ponds and scenic marsh location add to the appeal, making this a wonderful home base for everything Cape Cod.
