Located in downtown OKC, the property is a 5-15 minute drive to the OU Medical Center, Paycom Center (aka Thunder Arena), the Paseo District, the Plaza District, Bricktown, the Okana Resort, and all the great eats and activities in OKC!

Great for work & play, families, travel nurses, short-term corporate rentals, girls trips, IG photoshoots, staycations and more.

While we love our furry, feathered, and scaly friends, no pets allowed.

The space
Overview:

This is a spacious floor plan: 2-stories, on a corner lot, with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms.

Some perks are the backyard and parking area (fully enclosed with a remote-controlled gate), and keypad locks on the side and back door (for easy keyless entry and lock up).

Every room was designed to achieve a carefully curated vibe, so everyone can find their perfect space here.

There's enough room for groups to gather & have fun together, or for people to spread out & have personal space.

More Details:

The master bedroom has a sexy modern city vibe. Highlights are a queen bed, vanity area (desk, chair, & mirror), reading chair with a book selection, 65 inch TV, and two large walk-in closets. It also has an ensuite bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom is the largest. It's setup to feel like two personal bedroom spaces, with different yet complimentary color schemes. Highlights are a full bed, a queen bed, an extra chair and side tables, the
closet, and a 65 inch TV.

The 3rd bedroom has the coziest vibes with the playful textures and monochromatic color scheme. Definitely the best place to explore the sand dunes and savannas of your mind. Highlights are one full bed, vanity area (desk, chair & mirror), 32 inch TV, two sitting poufs, and a closet.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a large full bathroom.

I recently booked a house through VRBO and was aware of the listed rules, including the restrictions on gatherings and the maximum of six guests. However, during my stay, I did end up having a gathering, which I understand went against those rules. Regardless, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being watched the entire time. This made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable, which took away from what I had hoped would be a relaxing experience.

Our property is spacious with plenty of room for work & relaxation. For traveling working groups, there is a large 6-seater conference co-working table, a private one person dedicated working space upstairs. Large open floor plan. Half bath & washer & dryer on main floor. All bedrooms and full bathrooms upstairs. Private gated parking accessed by remote control. Spacious bedrooms, over-sized full bathrooms. Extra bedding, towels, linens. Kitchen is stocked and ready to cook full meals.
