Enjoy a quiet and safe neighborhood away from all broadway noise yet central to everything. House has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin with a secondary twin pull out). Enjoy the modern kitchen, cozy living room or the fenced back yard for a barbecue. The house also has 2 working stations with extra screens. I'm offering as I leave on a month long trip. Long driveway for up to 3 vehicles or RV. An adjacent Airbnb exists in the property but no shared spaces.
