We warmly welcome you to our home in Palio, one of the most beautiful areas of Kavala, whose charm stems from the connection between the mountains and the sea.<br><br>Our apartments can accommodate up to five people.<br><br>The apartments come in two sizes: one is approximately 70 square metres, and the other two are approximately 55 square metres. These wonderful, recently renovated and newly furnished apartments feature ocean views and a balcony with a gazebo.<br><br>The apartments consist of a bedroom, a living room with a TV, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, and dishes.<br><br>The other two apartments consist of an open-concept living room/kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. All apartments have air conditioning in the bedroom. These apartments (55 sq. m.) also feature a balcony.<br><br>We also offer a free laundry service that includes towels and bed linens.<br>It features parking and satellite TV.<br><br><br>Apartments: The bus stop is right next door (5 m) to the apartment, so you can take the bus to visit the city or two beautiful coastal villages (Heraklitsa / Peramos).<br><br>There you’ll have the chance to visit the many beach bars (beach chairs are free when you order drinks), taverns, or cafés. In Heraklitsa, you can participate in a wide range of water sports (scuba diving, water skiing, banana boat rides, or jet skiing). Peramos offers a beautiful, picturesque sandy beach called Amolofi, which is unique in eastern Greece (this beach is definitely worth Googling).<br><br>The city of Kavala is an old port city where coffee was once grown. There’s plenty to discover in Kavala. For example, Panagia, an old Turkish area on a hill with many narrow streets and traditionally built houses.<br><br>Surrounding Area: Palio offers you plenty of opportunities to enjoy a pleasant, peaceful, and relaxing holiday. A 3-minute drive from our apartments is a seaside village called Heraklitsa. There’s plenty to do there for water sports enthusiasts. For example, there’s Beachbar. There, you can rent windsurf boards or go water skiing, or take a ride on the Donat or the Bannane. If you’d rather stay active on land, you can play on one of the two beach volleyball courts or at the tennis court.<br>The seaside village of Peramos is a 10-minute drive from our apartments, where you’ll find not only many idyllic taverns and cafes but also one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Greece: Amollofi Beach. A long stretch of beach, about 4 km long, With crystal-clear waters—which are also very popular with our younger guests (since the water is very shallow)—it’s a favourite among many families.<br><br>Long-term guests, take your pick. Service: If you’d like to visit during the off-season and stay for a long time, we’re happy to offer special rates for long-term renters. As an additional service, we offer to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. We also believe that if you arrive without a car or spend your holiday without a hire car, we can take you to the largest supermarkets near the hotel (we have a small but well-stocked supermarket 150 metres away). In addition, we’re always available if you need anything (since we also live on the premises) or have a request.
