Welcome to the studio apartment "Fördeblick I" with a spacious 30sqm terrace on the mezzanine floor of the well-kept residential and holiday complex Strandresidenz Wassersleben, which is idyllically located on the beach. The apartment is equipped with a comfortable double bed and is therefore perfect for 2 people. The modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen makes self-catering a pleasant experience. A comfortable shower room with toilet completes the offer.
Media supply is provided by a flat-screen TV with cable connection and free WiFi. The spacious terrace is equipped with a small seating and dining area and offers impressive panoramic views of the beach and the Flensburg Fjord. The booking price includes the use of a dedicated parking space.
Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used there, and there is also a storage room for bicycles you bring with you.
The beach is just steps away, across the street. Experience relaxing hours in the "Fördeblick I" and be amazed by the proximity to the beach and the breathtaking panorama.
On July 3rd, 2025, entrepreneur David Ott proudly opened an innovative Smartstore right on the beautiful beach promenade of Wassersleben (Wassersleben 14, 24955 Harrislee). Just a stone’s throw from the Danish border, this fully autonomous store offers guests and locals alike the convenience of shopping on 360 days a year. Covering around 150 square meters, the Smartstore features a wide selection of everyday essentials – perfect for your daily needs during your stay

Gesamtpaket stimmt trotz kleiner Mängel
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und die große Terrasse ist toll. Bei Einzug war der Zahnputzbecher vom Vormieter nicht gereinigt und auch auf dem Balkon lag noch ein Sektkorken. In der Wohnung sind nicht viele Ablageflächen, zB für die Koffer, vorhanden, im Bad gar keine. Für ein paar Tage war das aber kein Problem. Den Parkplatz haben wir nicht nutzen können, da wir trotz aller Assistenzsysteme mehrfach korrigieren mussten, um überhaupt die Einfahrt nutzen zu können (vor allem das Rausfahren war fast unmöglich und unser Auto ist ein normaler SUV). An der Straße war aber Platz. Die Wohnung überzeugt trotz dieser kleinen Abzüge aber absolut durch die Lage, denn der Strand ist direkt gegenüber, sehr schön und auch der Wald zum Spazierengehen ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ideal für Ausflüge nach Flensburg und Dänemark. Wir kommen gern wieder. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
