The space
Welcome to our 2-bedroom bungalow , tucked away on a quiet dead-end street with direct access to Stewart Creek Greenway. Each bedroom has a king bed with a new memory foam mattress, so you can count on a great night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms also features a 50" smart TV for your private entertainment.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower and comes stocked with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer.

Unwind in the bright living room with a full-size sofa and a 55" smart TV—perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Need to get some work done? There’s a in bedroom dedicated workspace and fast fiber optic WiFi.

The eat-in kitchen includes everything you need to cook and dine: stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker, plus seating for four.

Step outside to a large, private, fully fenced backyard with a wood-burning fire pit and seating for four. The front porch offers another spot to relax. There’s private driveway parking for two cars, and street parking is available.

You’ll also have a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and iron for your convenience.

No smoking or vaping inside. Clean up any smoking debris from the front porch, yard, or parking area. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Addition fees will be added for any smoke related damages.

Due to the home’s location in a wooded area and the warm local climate, you may occasionally see insects on the property. We have regular, professional pest control service to minimize and prevent issues, but sightings may occasionally occur.

Guest access
Entire property is available to guest. There is a locked storage shed in the backyard that is not accessible to guests.

No parties or events allowed.
