Nossa estadia no apartamento foi otima. Apartamento limpo aconchegante perto da praia mercado restaurante transporte perto. Portaria 24 hs porteiros zelador muito simpático. O que falar desse apartamento, que eu nem sai direito e ja quero voltar? rsrsrs. Anfitrião educado, prestativo e rápido nas respostas. Atendimento da Cida perfeito também. E o apartamento super aconchegante, bem localizado e com uma belíssima vista para o mar, eu e minha família adoramos, eu recomendo e com certeza irei voltar mais vezes. Só umas observações: Faltou ter canais infantis, e tem que ter cuidado com o ventilador minha filha mais velha machucou o dedo, se fosse a bebê machucaria mais, o ventilador tem aberturas grande o que se não tiver cuidado enconsta fácil na hélice, e o sinal da internet é ruim, de resto tudo muito muito perfeito.

Tudo certo, e conforme o anunciado.

O Guilherme foi muito solícito e profissional em tudo; apto limpinho, muito bem localizado, e bem cuidado. Reconheço um minimalista quando percebo manutenções feitas artesanalmente na geladeira, luminária do quarto, ventilador, etc. Ele realmente cuida do imóvel (o apto. está em ótimo estado, considerando a idade do prédio). O ponto alto da estadia foi a localização (a 50 metros do mercado, farmácia, e etc), e a vista única para a praia de Copacabana (muito melhor do que nas fotos). As refeições na janela fizeram os dias de chuva ficarem mais leves. A máquina de lavar também ajudou demais. Como crítica construtiva, eu colocaria um Chromecast ou outro "gadjet" que permita o espelhamento do celular na TV (tornando-a smart). Isso facilita muito as viagens com crianças.

O apartamento é bom, as roupas de cama são limpas e o prédio tem boa localização. Acredito que algumas coisas podem ser melhoradas, as cadeiras podem ser mais confortáveis e o sofá cama também. O atendimento da Cida e do Guilherme foi ótimo, muito atenciosos.

O local é excelente, perto de tudo, D. Cida muito atenciosa, apartamento super limpo e aconchegante, fiquei poucos dias, infelizmente o tempo não ajudou, choveu o tempo todo e por isso não posso avaliar a minha experiência na cidade, se Deus quiser voltarei em uma nova oportunidade, recomendo com certeza!

Foi ótimo a estadia nesse local, com certeza futuramente irei se novo. A recepção pela Cida foi no detalhe, muito gente boa. O processo com o Guilherme também foi ótimo. Deixei 200 reais de caução na entrada, no dia de vir embora, ficou deles depositarem na conta, porque saímos cedo, o dinheiro voltou como entrou. Indicarei esse apartamento pra outros pessoas.

100 ft to the Beach in Copacabana. View rocks.

Perfect location for a stay in Copa. Owner was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this stay. Parking is only an issue on the weekends in this area. Economical Cabs directly in front. Subway 6 blocks away.
