We only accept weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. _____________________________________________ ITEMS TO NOTE: 1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
2) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
3) There is a chalet in the back of the main house
4) Smoking is prohibited in the house and yard, kindly take a walk for smoking.
5) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.
6) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.
7) The minimum age to book is 30 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
