As it is in the final stages of launch, the complex is extremely quiet, and some surrounding areas are still under development. This guarantees you a very peaceful stay with minimal flow of people, perfect for resting, relaxing, or working from home with total focus.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms sleep up to 5 guests across 2 beds and 1 sofa bed, with bed linens, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, and a safe in place so you can settle in quickly.



Living space

The living area is set up for both relaxation and focus. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable through the warmest parts of the day, while a dedicated workspace in a room with a door gives you a proper setup if you need to log on between excursions. A TV and private entrance round out the space, making arrivals and departures feel easy from the start.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, blend, and gather - refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.



If you need to check-in outside 15:00 p.m. to 19:00 p.m hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.



*Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.

With warm weather most of the year and average temperatures around 27–29°C, it’s an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing getaway. The destination offers beautiful beaches, world-class dining, and easy access to marinas, golf courses, and local attractions, creating the perfect balance between tranquility and vibrant coastal living.



Getting Around:

Getting around Los Cabos is easy and convenient. We recommend renting a car to explore the area comfortably, or you can use transportation platforms such as Uber to visit restaurants, shops, beaches, and other attractions nearby.



If you prefer, we can also recommend trusted transportation services and share suggestions on places worth visiting during your stay.



The property is approximately 30-40 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), depending on traffic.

Important points to consider:

Atmosphere and Privacy: The development is brand-new. You’ll find that some completed areas look immaculate but are very quiet and uncrowded; take advantage of them to enjoy a private experience!



Areas Under Construction: Construction work is currently underway in other towers/sections of the complex. This primarily takes place [Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturdays until noon]. Moderate noise may be heard during these hours.



Strict safety policy: For your well-being and in accordance with condominium regulations, it is strictly prohibited to enter adjacent buildings or marked construction areas. We kindly ask that you remain inside the tower and operational areas of your accommodation, as the development zones pose a safety risk. Failure to comply with this rule poses a risk to your safety. Entering restricted areas may also result in a fine.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Los Cabos, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay.



The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 dlls per person per night. *



-The accommodation has a capacity of __5__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.



-The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.

Electricity consumption:



Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.



IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
