We had 6 adults and two babies with us and it was the perfect stay! The backyard was private and the pool was perfect! The house was very clean, host was a wonderful communicator, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We would stay here again if we ever had the chance!

This property is in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The house was very clean. The pool was clean and beach towels were provided. It is spacious and has a room upstairs where the 5 of us have enough seating for all of us to sit comfortably and enjoy a movie together. It was close to nearby shopping areas. The A/C was very quiet and everything worked well. The host was quick to respond and communicate. We would stay here again!

Communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. We were down there for the IRONMAN Triathlon. It was an easy commute to and from everything. There are plenty of nice restaurants and shopping very close by. We enjoyed our day very much.

We arrived to find the pool extremely dirty and not usable. We contacted the host and had a very difficult phone call. We were told the pool had been used every day the previous week and the pool cleaners were not scheduled to come for at least 3 or 4 days. He was very rude to talk with. We were told the pool was only one feature of the home and we still had use of the 4 bedrooms. As a consolation, he offered 15 hours of the pool heater. With the pool dirty and the TX heat at over 90F, we did not need the pool heated.

Jay, we’re very sorry the pool was cloudy upon arrival due to heavy use and a same-day checkout. Since this occurred on a Sunday, we arranged professional pool service first thing -NEXT DAY- Monday morning, including off route cleaning and water treatment, and the pool was ready for use later that same day. We also accommodated and made an exception to an early departure with a two-night refund due to your other personal reasons and special ask, provided a complimentary late checkout, and offered 15 hours of spa heating due to the initial pool condition—not pool heating. We made every effort to address the issue promptly and accommodate you throughout your stay to which you were also thankful for according to our message thread. We wish you the best in your future travels!
