Leave comforters, shams, mattress pads on beds. Wash and fold beach towels the night prior to departure and place in closet.
Set thermostats at 72 degrees. Keep all ceiling fans running on low. Plug in all lamps and clocks if disconnected to use phone chargers. Turn off all lights inside and out.
Rinse sand from all beach amenities. Clean grill. Remove everything from outdoor shower.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
