If you are looking for luxury, "Attitude Adjustment" a beautifully decorated home in the Isle of Palms, is for you. This custom, elevated home was built with attention to every detail.
Six large bedrooms and four and one-half bathrooms give everyone in your group the space for a great vacation. The primary bedroom featuring a king bed is on the first floor with access to the wrap-around deck overlooking the pool and backyard. The newly updated primary bathroom has an oversized claw foot tub and a large separate shower. The other poolside bedroom featuring a king bed and opens up to the wrap-around porch using a newly updated full shower bathroom in the hall. On the first floor two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two doubles, share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The reverse floor plan highlights a large great room with access to the second-floor wrap-around porch, also overlooking the pool and backyard. The Chef's kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals while still being part of the fun. The kitchen includes a stand-alone wine cooler and a stand-alone ice maker and boasts two dishwashers. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one queen and one with two twins, that share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Both wraparound porches have comfortable seating and dining tables for your convenience. The top porch has a circular staircase that winds up to the rooftop crow's nest. There is room for sunbathing and a covered area with a wet bar and fridge. The panoramic ocean view from this area is breathtaking. A great place to have that evening cocktail.

The L-shaped pool is partially in the sun and partially in the shade for those hot summer days. For the cooler days, the pool is heatable at an extra charge. There are lounge chairs for the pool area and a table and chairs for the grill area in the backyard.

This house is a vacationer's dream with its well-thought-out amenities such as a 3-floor elevator for luggage and groceries, whole-house audio with in-wall controls in every room, Flat-panel TVs in all bedrooms, a tank-less water heater for on-demand hot water, washer and dryer, tropical landscaping, and the reverse floor plan great room with walls of windows.

Pool Heating can be added for an additional fee of $500.00 per week with one week's advance notice. Note pool heaters change water temperature up to approx 20-25 degrees above the outside temperature.

Pricing & Availability:

For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays. During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.

When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.
Travel Insurance:
Management Company offers travel insurance to all of their guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once a reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.
If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.
