Welcome to Bradford Village Townhomes, your perfect Downtown Southern Pines getaway! This comfortable and well-appointed townhome features a bright, open living space, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms designed for relaxation.
Step outside to enjoy pickleball courts located in the park just behind the home, and take advantage of a prime location just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Southern Pines and some of the area’s best golf courses. It’s the ideal spot for a weekend escape or extended stay.
Please note there is limited parking. 1 spot for compact car in garage and 1 spot in driveway. Parking in business spots during the day is not allowed. Extra parking across the street in public parking lot or behind the neighborhood at the park.
