Tolles Ferienappartement im mit Großem Balkon und Seesicht

1-room holiday apartment on the 4th floor of the JAN AM STRAND building, featuring a large balcony and a stunning lake view of the International Shipping Route and the Wadden Sea, a World Natural Heritage Site. Comfortably furnished apartment for 2 people, with a modern kitchenette. The living area features a fold-out bed, a sofa, a table, and 2 chairs. The bathroom with shower is new. The underground parking space has a clearance height of 195 cm.


Complex:

The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, directly behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a minute’s walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, those on the north side enjoy an exclusive view of the International Shipping Route and the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the countryside awaits you.

All apartments are comfortable and accessible via lift, and each comes with an assigned underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouse units at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.

The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

From 03.11.2025 through approximately 12.12.2025, the heating and hot water systems at “Jan am Strand” will be replaced.
• Hot Water: A temporary hot water supply will be available during the work. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.
• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.
• Noise Disturbance: Due to the dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.

Ich würde mir wünschen, daß es nicht nur dicke Zudecken /Winter gibt, sondern auch leichte Sommerdecken. Am Bett wäre auch eine Lampe schön. Sonst war alles gut. Wir kommen immer wieder gern nach Cuxhaven/Döse und fahren erholt nach Hause.

2016 wurden wir das erste mal über Traumferienwohnung auf Sie aufmerksam und nach einem Telefonat und auf Rat von ihnen haben wir dann immer über CUX Urlaub gebucht ! Besserer Internetempfang , dann sind ein paar Steckdosen lose und was schön wäre in der Wohnung noch ein Regal oder Schrank im Bad zum abstellen von Utensilien! Wir waren das 6te mal da und es ist immer schön bei ihnen und vor allem in Cuxhaven !
