Property and unit owners as great Perfect for 2 or even 3 guests Tv selection was great location was perfect in southern part of Springfield near hways 60/65 near a lot of restaurants too.

Super cute and comfy little place! Host is very kind and responsive. She clearly puts pride into this home, doesnt just go the cheap route on furniture and appliances to save money. The home makes you feel like you spent alot of money to stay there, but in reality, the price is quite reasonable! Awesome place! Will stay here again.

I had asked the host if my husband and daughters could check in early. She didnt respond until an hour before check in when my husband had already arrived to the home and she realized there was a cleaning issue. The dryer wasn't working and the cleaning crew had to go elsewhere to dry the linens. Yes, he showed up an hour early. But she was at the property and had told him he would get a refund since the property was not clean. But - she did turn it on Us that he arrived early. She put new sheets on the beds and called it good. Then even tho the confirmation said check out was at 11.. she messaged me at 9:30am and told me check out was at 10. They hurried up and left at 10 but the door would not lock.Everything seems to be everyone else's fault or out of her control

Good afternoon. Please understand I specified when you requested to send guests without you to our property that they have a copy of check-in instructions. You agreed that would happen and I authorized you to book. If your family had simply followed the check-in instructions and checked in at the authorized time of 3 PM. The unit would have all been complete except a few towels that were being dried offsite. Please review all VRBO guidelines for unauthorized check-in. Thank you.
