Apartment No. 14 is equipped for 2 to 4 people and is located on the ground floor with a beautiful, sunny south-facing balcony.
It consists of a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A flat-screen TV, radio, stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are provided.

The apartment includes one parking space.

The “Landhaus Hubertus” complex features a common area with a washing machine and dryer; bicycles can be stored there.
