The dining area is designed to seat four people and opens onto the fully equipped kitchenette—perfect for self-catering.<br><br>In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a cosy double bed that invites you to relax after a day full of adventures. The apartment features allergy-friendly flooring, ensuring a pleasant and health-conscious stay.<br><br>The bright bathroom with a shower and toilet, featuring a window, offers modern amenities and comfort. On the furnished balcony, you can enjoy fresh air and tranquility.<br><br>No need to worry about parking—a private parking space in the garage is reserved for you. A special highlight for our guests is the free swimming pool as well as the spacious sauna area with a Finnish sauna and a new infrared sauna—ideal for moments of relaxation. For added convenience, washing machines and dryers are available for a small fee. In addition, each apartment has its own designated parking space.<br><br>The modernised sauna area, featuring a Finnish sauna, a new infrared sauna, and an additional reading room, invites you to relax and unwind—a real bonus for a restful holiday any time of year.<br><br>The location of Haus Kormoran is ideal: nearby you’ll find shopping options, a selection of restaurants, and bus stops for lines 1006 and 1007.<br><br>Nature and leisure enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby spa park with its large adventure playground and zoo, as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach.
