Welcome to our stylish two-room apartment on the second floor, which features an inviting south/west-facing balcony. This modern apartment features a combined living and dining area with a built-in kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator*** and an oven—ideal for self-catering.

The living area features a comfortable, modern sleeper sofa, a cosy armchair, and a dining table that seats four. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed to ensure you get a good night’s rest. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also available.

Satellite TV is provided for your entertainment. As a special highlight, we offer our guests free use of the on-site swimming pool and Finnish sauna*.

Please note:
The swimming pool will be closed from January 7 through February 28 due to repair work.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just a two-minute walk from the magnificent sandy beach in Döse, the Kormoran apartment building (equipped with a swimming pool, Finnish sauna, and new infrared sauna*) offers the perfect blend of relaxation and comfort.

Our individually furnished apartments are easily accessible via an lift, and all feature southwest-facing balconies for relaxing in the sun. For added convenience, washing machines and dryers are available for a small fee. In addition, each apartment has its own designated parking space.

The modernised sauna area, featuring a Finnish sauna, a new infrared sauna, and an additional reading room, invites you to relax and unwind—a real bonus for a restful holiday any time of year.

The location of Haus Kormoran is ideal: nearby you’ll find shopping options, a selection of restaurants, and bus stops for lines 1006 and 1007.

Nature and leisure enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby spa park with its large adventure playground and zoo, as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach. The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is also just a few minutes away—perfect for families.

Schöne Wohnung!

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Ruhige Lage, Parkplatz direkt am Eingang, nahe zum Strand. Wir wußten nicht, dass wir für das Bett ein großes Laken brauchen, aber es wurde uns schnell in der Agentur geholfen. Gerne wieder.
