The Pulvermaar Holiday Home is a spacious, luxurious 6-person home with a private garden in the Pulvermaar Holiday Park. It offers a unique view of the rolling Eifel hills and is located directly on the beautiful Pulvermaar volcanic lake in Gillenfeld, where many hiking and biking trails begin. It’s 2 kilometres from the centre of Gillenfeld and a half-hour drive from Cochem and the Moselle. Enjoy rolling hills, dense forests, clear streams, fragrant meadows, and charming villages.
The entrance leads through the entryway, which provides access to the living room, bedroom, bathroom with toilet, and the staircase to the ground floor. 
The living room features a seating area with a spacious 2.5-seater sofa, three armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table for 6 people. To ensure the perfect temperature throughout the house, the entire home is equipped with underfloor heating. The dining area features a spacious dining table with 6 chairs, where you can enjoy a delicious meal. The patio is accessible through the patio doors. The patio is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, hob, microwave, oven, and a spacious worktop with plenty of workspace. The Pulvermaar Holiday Park has created an atmosphere where guests quickly feel at home. Magazines with information about the Vulkaneifel region are available at the front desk.
The bathroom on the ground floor features a toilet, a double sink, and a spacious shower stall. The bedroom on the ground floor features a spacious double bed and a large wardrobe with a mirror. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, a closet, and a sitting area with an armchair. The third bedroom has two single beds, a closet, and a sitting area with an armchair.
The first-floor bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and is very spacious. This bathroom also includes a toilet, two spacious sinks, and a shower stall with a rain shower. There is also a beautiful infrared sauna in this bathroom. 
The holiday home’s private garden features a spacious terrace with a patio table and six luxurious garden chairs, a lawn, plants, and is enclosed by a beech hedge. The holiday home has space for 2 cars.



The holiday home is built sustainably using cross-laminated timber and an air-to-water heat pump, set in a beautiful natural environment. It offers a unique view of the rolling Eifel hills and is located directly on the lovely Pulvermaar in Gillenfeld, where many hiking and biking trails begin. The Pulvermaar is Gillenfeld’s main attraction, where visitors can enjoy various water sports such as swimming, boating, and fishing. There is also an outdoor swimming pool at the Pulvermaar. Nearby, Daun, Cochem, Koblenz, Bernkastel-Kues, and Trier are interesting towns to visit.
