Parking is assigned; 2 per property. Trailer/RV/boat parking are not allowed. Use assigned spaces; space number will coordinate with your rental unit.
Take trash to the dumpster at the entrance of Harbor Village only. Don't leave out trash on patio. Use of construction dumpsters is prohibited.
No outdoor BBQ’s allowed. There is a $300 fine for unauthorized BBQ’s.
