    A wonderful getaway

    This property was very clean and comfy. Plenty of room for us to enjoy our trip. The pool and hot tub were definitely a plus. We love staying at any of the lighthouse properties. They’re all well kept, clean, and enjoyable!

    Better than expected

    This was a great place! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. There’s a room with a king bed and a bathroom, a room with two full beds plus a twin trundle and a bathroom, and there’s a full bed pull out couch. The grounds are beautiful! The pool is nice and has a great view. Would definitely stay again!

    Battle of the border

    We can for some mma fights for our nephew and enjoyed the stay and and condo was nice. Property owner answered all questions in a quick manner. View is beautiful.

    Great getaway

    We had a fun family getaway at this stay. Great location and nice set up for the 5 of us. Close walk to the lake and marina. The pool was great, too.

    Great Place

    We loved our stay at harbor village. The appliances are older but it seems to have new paint and new carpet. The master bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We LOVED how close we were to the pool which was gorgeous and in such a beautiful setting.

    We love this condo, we have stayed multiple times. It has everything you need, location, location, location. Ground floor unit, just steps away from the pool. Proximal to the marina. 11 AM check out is an added bonus.

    Christmas getaway

    Kitchen was well stocked which was great because I did all our cooking right there. The fireplace was cozy and the fluffy blankets were appreciated. All of the beds are memory foam which was fine with me but they were too firm for my husband.

    Very nice condo

    Very roomy and comfortable and clean. Could use a new set of pans in the kitchen but what was there was useable. And also some mixing bowls, if we would have been there longer I would have bought some. We would stay again.

    This was a good place to stay at Bear Lake. No DVD player to play movies even though the listing said there was one. Close to Marina.

    Turquoise Water Heaven

    We enjoyed our stay at this property. The good: the condo is right across from The state marina. The condo is roomy and laid out nicely. The swimming pool, hot tub and amenities are great. The kitchen is well stocked. The carpet is clean and new. The bad: The concrete out front is cracked and uneven. My elderly mother tripped and fell on the concrete. (She was staying in the condo next door). The ugly: the condo was not clean. We had to clean the bathrooms and sweep and mop the kitchen floor before we could unpack. The kitchen floor had broken glass and so much dirt/sand. I don’t think this condo had been cleaned prior to our arrival. It seemed like the tub was leaking. The bath mat was soaked. I have several pictures I would like to submit to the property manager.

    Beware: dirty & in disrepair + dishonest host

    Very, very disappointed with this property during our stay. A few of the issues: - Unit was filthy upon arrival, but we followed instructions to clean the unit upon exit and were still charged a cleaning fee - Never had a pool key, but host charged us $50 for a lost key - Fridge and freezer were not clean upon arrival, freezer had several dead bugs inside - Bugs were through-out inside of unit, including in the bedding - Unit advertised that it slept 8, but the couch bed was broken and unusable - Toilet handle was broken and barely able to flush - Toilet was stained and dirty, seat was loose - AC unit did not cool sufficiently - Shower was dirty and did not drain sufficiently so we had to stand in several inches of dirty water while showering - Shower curtain could not prevent water from going on floor, and it was clearly visible that water problems have been an ongoing problem as baseboards were moldy/damaged - Sliding patio door handle was broken and had no actual lock, and was simply "locked" using a wood stick (this is unacceptable) - Bedroom had dangerous live wires coming out of ceiling, missing smoke/co2 detector - Heavy dust through-out unit but especially around windows - Bedroom had brown substance (not sure what it was, didn’t want to find out) smeared on closet door. WORST experience by far, and host doesn’t take any responsibility despite not personally visiting the unit between guests.
