Free WiFi and smart tvs in each room and a small card room with games for kids and adults alike and a fully stocked laundry room. Plenty of parking for everyone, even room for your side by side, boat, or trucks. Short drive to Chattanooga, 2 miles to the quaint town of South Pittsburg, 6.1 miles to Sweetens Cove Golf Course, and 2.1 miles to boat ramp at Nickajack Lake.Offers a covered front porch and a large deck with fire pit and gas grill. Surrounded by nature with option to close the gate for complete privacy. We are lifetime residents of New Hope . After many years of owning long term rentals we decided to share our home town with as many people as possible. Owned and ran by mother and daughter and so far we are really enjoying the experience

Why they chose this property

Growing up evenings on the porch were my favorite. Listening to the sounds of nature and enjoying telling stories by a fire or going down to the river to fish and kayak. When I had my kids we spent many nights naming the constellations and camping out in the yard roasting marshmallows and hot dogs. It’s dark at night. Really dark. Walk by the moonlight dark. Magical moments kind of dark. You can’t find that in the city limits. If you are looking for a place that you can really be free come to the red gate. I promise it won’t disappoint.

What makes this property unique

You have complete privacy of living in the country but can be anywhere you want to be in less than 20 minutes. And yes DoorDash and Uber Eats , or grocery delivery are absolutely still available out here so you don’t have to give up any modern conveniences to enjoy some time out in the woods.
