Welcome to our private Las Vegas retreat in the heart of the Arts District, just moments from the Strip. This spacious, luxurious and modern 4-bedroom home combines a central location with peace, privacy, and comfort, making it ideal for families, business travelers, and small groups.

The home features four oversized bedrooms, each with a king bed, memory foam mattress, and stylish furnishings. Two bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, and the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is filled with natural light. A full glass wall opens onto a large covered patio, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow for relaxing, dining, or gathering together.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious private backyard with an outdoor dining table, comfortable lounge seating, and additional space under the pagoda. A separate laundry room adds convenience for longer stays. The property is secured by a 10-foot electric gate and high perimeter walls, offering a rare sense of privacy so close to the center of Las Vegas.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.

Please note we do not permit parties at the property and we do not accept Bachelor or Bachelorette groups.
