This home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and offers a peaceful stay with plenty of beds and a great patio space that worked well for kids. The homeowner was quick to respond when we had difficulty connecting to the internet. Overall, the layout is spacious and comfortable, making it a good fit for larger groups. While generally clean, areas like the chandeliers, AC vents, window ledges, and bathroom exhaust fan could use a deep cleaning. We also noted several maintenance issues: the main refrigerator wasn't cooling (we used the wine fridge), the dryer squeals loudly, there is an exposed wire in the upstairs shower light, and one upstairs bedroom stayed quite warm.The updated bathrooms are luxurious and a highlight of the property. However, we did notice a few missing standard amenities: a coffee maker, kitchen drinking glasses, mattress pads, and a trash can for the upstairs bathroom. Furthermore, the primary bedroom gets extremely bright at night due to an outdoor floodlight, so the addition of blackout curtains would be highly recommended. With just a bit more attention to these details, this would easily be a top-tier property.
