Welcome to our peaceful oasis in Saint Petersburg!

Start the day with a cup of coffee on our palm-shaded terrace, then take a relaxing swim at the quiet pool or enjoy a game of tennis on one of the free courts in the park across the street!

Our family has owned this unit for more than 20 years, and we have spent the past few years refurbishing it and bringing it fully up-to-date.

Why do we feel so much at home here? Because it's a place people live year round – not just somewhere people spend their vacations! And that offers you some great benefits:

– A good night's sleep: our neighbors are more likely to be going to work in the morning than partying at night

– Plenty of space in the pool: few people in the complex have the time to take a swim during the day

– Safety and security: you don't have empty condos around you because there are people living in the complex whatever month you visit

Just round the corner there's a small park, which is perfect for running, as well as free tennis courts and a halfpipe for skateboarders. And if you want to see some baseball or American football, you can check out the games hosted by the neighborhood high school some evenings. So you get to feel even more like a local!

Ruhige Lage,tolles Haus mit Pool,sehr freundliche Vermieter

Wir waren im Herbst 2017 mit unseren 2 Jungs (6+9 Jahre) in St. Pete. Das Haus war genau so wie auf den Bildern,sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Den Pool hatten wir fast immer für uns alleine,das hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Infos und Tipps waren sehr hilfreich und die Vermieter einfach toll,immer zu erreichen und sehr bemüht um schnelle Hilfe wenn es nötig war. Die Lage ist sehr empfehlenswert,man ist wirklich schnell überall und die verschidenen Strände einfach nur traumhaft. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub und würden dieses Haus jedem weiterempfehlen. Einen grossen Dank an Frau und Herr Ferus das sie das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus uns zur Verfügung gestellt haben.

This was an excellent home I would rent again

The listing description was accurate. The property was very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone. We enjoyed the pool and the park which were conveniently located. The owners very nice, very responsive and extremely accommodating. We really enjoyed our months stay and hope to be able to rent this property again next year.

Beautiful condo, quiet location

This is a lovely townhouse, quiet, clean and much larger than it appears in the photos. It has a well-equipped kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable vacation, including a very pretty patio. The location is perfect - only a ten minute drive to downtown, the beach, or to Gulfport, with a Publix grocery store nearby and a park with a one-mile walking path just across the street. The owner is incredibly nice and responded quickly to any questions I had. There are also two bicycles that renters can use. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Wirklich erstklassige Betreuung und Vorab-Informationen inkl. Hotspots und Empfehlungen St. Pete / Unterstützung durch den Vermieter. Aus meiner Sicht eine schöne, geräumige Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung (sogar Internet auf Wunsch), ideal geeignet für bis zu 5 Personen - TOP ! - Jederzeit wieder sehr gerne !

Spacious, beautiful, and comfortable! (NICE OWNER!

Don't be fooled by the term "cozy", it may be a townhouse, but it is quite spacious! The complex is very well kept, and it is very quiet. We walked passed a few residents on our way to the pool, and they were all very amicable. We rented Whisperwood for two weeks in order to relocate to Tampa. It was very easy and pleasant to correspond with the owner, even though she was responding from Europe! She was timely, and very nice! At the location, she has a couple of people in charge of maintaining the property. The pool is a bit of a walk, but it is in the same complex (maybe about one block away?). We had our little daughter with us, so the pool was an excellent plus! Very secure, you need a key card to access the complex, and the unit has outer doors/gate (back and front) with locks, as well as the regular doors. We always felt very secure when walking to the pool or around the complex. Dumpsters are also very conveniently located nearby. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs connected by a full bathroom. Two double beds (two adults could sleep on these beds) in one room, and a very comfy king sized bed in the master bedroom. Each room has a sink in it, which was convenient. The wooden floors are impecable and the stairs are relatively quiet. Lots of storage space and tasteful furniture. There are also plenty of linen ready for use. The owners have two Huffy bikes parked under the stairs - we didn't use them but they looked pretty much brand new and would make a ride to the beach quite a wonderful memory! Downstairs, very comfy couches, flat screen tv, coffee table, a bar with plenty of bar stools, washer and dryer in a utility room, a half bathroom and closet. The kitchen is very functional with all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric stove/oven, disposal in a single sink, and stocked with plenty of dishes and other small appliances. Plenty of parking for guests, and your parking spot is right in front of the unit. Air conditioning and fans kept the place at a perfect temperature for us. Internet was a hotspot providing us with 5Gb (not enough for streaming videos, but enough for brief daily browsing/email). The dining area has a table that can sit 4 comfortably, but if you don't mind squeezing in a bit, you can pull the table from the wall and fit 6. Publix is around the corner, and driving to Fort Desoto was a quick 15 min drive. 30-40min from airport.

Das Reihenhaus in der Wohnanlage war uns 10 Tage lang eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt hervorragend geeignet. Die gut ausgestattete Küche hat uns gute Dienste geleistet und auf der windgeschützten Terrasse schmeckte auch am kühleren Morgen der Kaffee. Die Wohnanlage liegt verkehrstechnisch gut in der Nähe der Interstate und der Innenstadt und ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Der Parkplatz vor der Haustüre ist natürlich Gold wert. Super Familienurlaub

Erster Overseas-Familienurlaub mit unserer 2 1/2 jährigen Tochter. Haus hat ideale Lage für Unternehmungen aller Art (Bush Gardens, Aquarium, Zoo, Strände, Shopping, Restaurants...). Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alles, um sich wohlzufühlen (Pool in Anlage, Spielplatz, Park). Vermieter sind top und waren auch während des Urlaubs immer ansprechbar und haben proaktiv unterstützt. Wir haben einen Top Urlaub verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung! Wir versuchen, gerade auch auf kleine Gäste einzugehen, indem wir zum Beispiel Sand- und anderes Spielzeug bereit halten. Unsere Tochter spielt ja ebenfalls damit und so spart man sich den Platz im Flugzeug...

Super Ferienhaus

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (12, 14) in St. Pete und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Toll fanden unsere Kinder auch den Pool, den wir mitbenutzen konnten.

Florida-Feeling pur

Eine klasse Location, mitten in St. Pete, perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um an den Strand oder in die City zu fahren, sehr nette und ruhige Umgebung, Zimmer sehr sauber und vor allem die beste Betreuung seitens der Vermieter. Gut gelegen, Top-renoviert und ruhig

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dem Häuschen zu Gast und haben uns jedes Mal sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr toll sind die Fahrräder, die wir fast täglich im Einsatz hatten. In St. Pete kann man nämlich gut mit dem Rad unterwegs sein. Sehr schön waren die Ausflugtipps bzw Tipps in Sachen Beachbars und Essen gehen, die uns die Vermieter gegeben hatten. Das Haus schenkt Sommerferiengefühl und ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Bekennender Wiederholungstäter

Ich Kehre seit Jahren immer wieder nach St. petersburg zurück, es gibt kaum einen anderen Ort mit so großem Erholungswert in Florida. Das Häuschen ist , vor allem seit seiner Renovierung, in einem 1a Zustand, es ist in typischem Beach Stil eingerichtet und wunderbar ruhig und praktisch gelegen. Ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Idéalement située

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour en Floride. St Petersburg est une ville très agréable et les floridiens sont acceuillants.Notre 2ème semaine à Miami était très différente. La maison est idéalement située, bien équipée et très fonctionnelle.
