Stylish vacation home on Lake Plau with rowing boat

Renovated in 2021/2022, this holiday home is located in a holiday complex surrounded by pine trees in Plau am See, in the Quetzin district. Just 200 metres away, you’ll find the Quetzin beach, which is especially well-suited for families. Your holiday bonus: A rowing boat with a dock is included with the property.

The light-filled Haus Sonnendeck is approximately 60 square metres and can accommodate up to 4 people plus a toddler. When designing the interior, we placed great emphasis on high-quality furnishings, design, and harmonious colour schemes.

Each room features stylish details that express our love for the region—such as water lily wallpaper, fish-scale tiles, and seashell lamps.

“Hello Sunshine”: The spacious entryway welcomes you to your holiday home. All the rooms in the house branch off from here. Next to the entrance is a small storage room with a coat rack. One large and one smaller bedroom, each with a double bed; two small bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet; and a spacious living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchenette make up your temporary home. All rooms are heated with electric heating—not night storage heating. Additionally, there is a pellet fireplace in the living room.

The outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax with two inviting terraces (east and south-facing).

The fee for final cleaning is already included. There are also no additional costs for parking (central car park).

As a special service, we offer a bedding and towel service for your stay with us. This service costs 30 euros per person per stay and includes a set of bed linens and a set of towels (shower towel, regular towel, and hand towel). The Plau am See holiday region is charming in every season and nestled in the wonderful natural landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District. An excellently developed network of hiking and biking trails, numerous water sports activities, and cultural highlights invite you to relax and explore.
