Welcome to this lovely townhouse, situated on a quiet, traffic-calmed street. Just a few minutes’ walk away are the lovely bathing and surfing beach, shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as the lively harbour with its fishing boats, excursion boats, lock and much more, where you can enjoy the lovely seaside atmosphere. The house features a tastefully furnished living room with lovely furniture and lighting. Amateur chefs will be delighted by the well-equipped kitchen.



Directly from the living room, you can step out onto the lovely, west-facing terrace, from where you can enjoy the fantastic view over the dunes whilst having your morning coffee, spend balmy summer evenings and watch the sunset. You can often spot paragliders whizzing over the dunes. You’re also welcome to make use of the lovely, bright conservatory, which features furniture, a mini-kitchen, various games and much more. Here, the whole family can play and relax together, whatever the weather. The conservatory is situated in the garden, right next to the morning terrace, the sandpit and one of the two barbecue areas. The fenced-in garden is a wonderful place to relax and also offers plenty of fun for children. The little ones can climb or play in the sandpit whilst you enjoy a glass of wine in one of the lovely spots in the garden.



You’ll be staying very close to the town, the sea, the fjord and sandy beaches. The impressive dune landscape by the North Sea and the maritime lifestyle invite you to explore. Water sports, fishing, cycling and hiking are just some of the activities on offer here. For surfers, the location is a paradise, as the calm fjord or the slightly more challenging North Sea are just a few minutes’ walk away. There is also a cable park in the northern part of the town. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find a virtually untouched landscape of dunes and heathland, which also offers excellent opportunities for walking. You also have free access to the indoor swimming pool in Hvide Sande, where the whole family can enjoy many hours of fun.
