About this property

A beautiful bungalow for a wonderful holiday by the sea!
The bungalow park "Eb en Vloed" consists of 73 detached bungalows spread over the park and lined with trees. The park is 7 minutes by bike from the beautiful beach of Sint Maartenszee!

The "Vlothuys" (bungalow 45) has recently been completely renovated. It has been enlarged by a beautiful extension and is equipped with all modern comforts.

The spacious living room has a large sofa and a comfortable armchair, a TV and a wardrobe. The open kitchen has a large table (extendable) with doors to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped: hob with extractor bonnet, combi oven-microwave, Grohe Red tap (provides both hot and boiling water).
and a spacious fridge with freezer compartment. Pots and other kitchen utensils are plentiful, as is a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother.

The master bedroom has a six-foot king-size bed with two comfortable, high-quality Emma mattresses (left 'medium', right 'hard'). There is a low cupboard in the bedroom for storing clothes.

The second bedroom is furnished with two box-spring beds that are 80 cm wide and 2 m long. These can be pushed together. There is a high wardrobe for clothes.

The children's bedroom has a bunk bed that is 90 cm wide and 1.85 m long. There is a low wardrobe in this bedroom.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. The toilet is in a separate room.

From the living room you can enter the beautiful large garden with garden furniture through the French doors. The accommodation is surrounded by a large garden, which is bordered on two sides by a wind hedge. In the garden box next to the house you will find garden chairs and a hammock. The bungalow is located at the back of the park. So you can enjoy peace and privacy. In spring you can enjoy the blooming and fragrant flower fields around the park.

Extra
The entire bungalow is equipped with underfloor heating. The washing machine + dryer is neatly hidden in a cupboard and can of course be used. Parking directly at the bungalow.

Gemütlich und modern ausgestattet

Wir waren mit der Familie und einem Kleinkind da. Das Häuschen mit seinem schönen Garten war ideal für uns, nur das Stockbett im Kinderzimmer ist etwas zu kurz für Jugendliche. Das Haus ist sehr modern ausgestattet, wir waren froh über die Spülmaschine und den Grill. Der schöne Strand ist gut mit dem Fahrrad und auch zu Fuß zu erreichen, ca. 2,5 km, dort gibt es auch leckeren Kibbeling im Strandrestaurant… wir kommen gerne wieder, Danke an die Vermieter-Familie!

Urlaub pur

Eine super schickes Haus. Die Lage des Hauses auf dem Gelände könnte nicht besser sein. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nur zu empfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in der Nähe eines traumhaften Strandes. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir waren dort mit drei Kindern (8, 4, 1), das Haus war groß genug und verfügt außerdem über einen hübschen Garten, den unsere Kinder auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Einzig der Weg zum Strand ist mit rund 2,5 km für einen Fußmarsch etwas zu lang. Allerdings kann man sich in der Nähe Fahrräder leihen oder mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren - die Parkplätze sind kostenlos!
