My husband and I are both originally from smaller towns in the area and have lived in the city limits of Carroll for the last 23 plus years. It is a very nice community, and we love being able to have a furnished place for others to stay while visiting family or working in the area.

Very nice quiet neighborhood very close to the Carroll Municipal Golf Course and close to the walking/bike path.

This house has 2 full kitchens so it can easily accommodate multiple families. It's almost as if you are renting 2 units.
