We enjoyed our stay and the convenient location made it easy to get to our many events from Provo to Millwood during our visit. The communication with Carole and team was seamless. They had the pack n play, high chair and children’s dish ware and utensils in the condo upon arrival which is always so appreciated! The condo is well cleaned, but we went barefoot within the unit as requested and our feet got quite dirty. The floor needs a deep clean as well as the outside stairwell which is the responsibility of the complex. We would love to stay here again.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay, found the location convenient, and that the communication with our team was seamless. 😊 We’re especially glad the pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s dishware were helpful for your family. We truly appreciate you bringing the flooring and outside stairwell to our attention. We’ll make sure the floor receives a deeper cleaning, and we’ll also follow up regarding the stairwell with the complex. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d absolutely love to welcome you and your family back again in the future. Thank you again for choosing our home!
