Modern apartment for 3 people with a view of the sea, near the beach and the marina

Located just 150 metres from the beach, this 55 m² upstairs holiday rental is ideal for a holiday with up to 3 people. Private parking is available right next to the house.

The apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double box-spring bed, the other with a single bed. There is also a bright bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a living/dining area. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. The apartment is rounded out by a balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea.

Enjoy your time in the guest garden, which features a grill and a garden shed. Handcarts are available free of charge, subject to availability. Guests may also use the sauna in the Solaris apartment building.

You’re welcome to bring your dog to this apartment.

“Königshöhe” is a wonderful place to stay—the holiday apartments are located in Haffkamp near the marina, within walking distance of the beach and the boardwalk. Each apartment has a balcony or its own terrace. A parking space in front of the building is reserved for you.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee.

You can relax wonderfully in the spacious guest garden, which features a grill, a garden shed with a TV, and a trampoline.
Handcarts are available subject to availability. You’re welcome to rent bicycles from the bike rental service at Haus Solaris for a small fee. Please contact the bike rental service directly: Thorsten Giersch, 0170-7852766. For bikes you bring with you, there is a shared storage room in the basement.

We’ll provide a cot and high chair free of charge upon request.

The sauna in the Solaris apartment building is available for our guests to use.
