This is a lovely place, with great common areas, five bedrooms, and two full baths, plus a half bath. There’s room to sit outside, and the street is very quiet. The host, Ann, was quick to respond to questions.

We stayed for the weekend of my wedding. Everything was perfect here! So many rooms and beds for everyone and the beds were super comfortable! Every person who saw the house said it was so beautiful. Had everything anything and more that we needed for the weekend. We also live in Detroit (on the opposite side of town) and thought this location was perfect! Minutes from Belle isle, eastern market and downtown!

We had a wonderful stay at Ann's home in Detroit from July 16th to the 19th.!From the moment we booked until after check out, Ann was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure our group had a great experience. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, including accidentally locking ourselves out of the house, and Ann came right over to help us, which we truly appreciated. She also shared excellent recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area that made the trip even better. On our last day, there was a brief power outage, and Ann was immediately available to assist us as we were preparing to check out. Her communication and willingness to help throughout our stay were outstanding. **One thing we'd like future guests to know is that some third-party sites, like Zillow and other map services, still show outdated images of the property, which can make it appear abandoned or rundown. That is simply not the case. The home has been beautifully renovated, is clean, spacious and perfect for larger groups.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend Ann's home to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable, and well-maintained place for a large group. Thank you again, Ann, for your wonderful hospitality.

Great home for our group! Lots of space for sleeping and we enjoyed the common areas (living room, front porch hang outs). Peaceful neighborhood with a quick drive to downtown!
